CoDE acquired the site in 2017 with Patron Capital and successfully managed the conversion from a dated youth hostel to one of the most luxury upmarket hostels in Dublin.

In 2020, Jacobs Inn was sold to Blackrock.

Jacobs Inn is one of the longest standing hostels in Dublin and at the time of take over was a dated youth hostel highly dependant on group business.

CoDE transformed the building into a vibrant property with luxury pod beds, high quality private rooms and a fantastic bar and restaurant.

Jacobs Inn was completed in August 2019 and sold to Blackrock in 2020.
