This pioneering project, designed to achieve a BREEAM “Excellent” rating (BRE), will offer 568 guests a unique and sustainable accommodation experience, while also contributing to the local community.

The new hotel, situated within a short walk of Elephant & Castle station in Zone 1, will feature state-of-the-art capsule pods, a stunning rooftop co-working lounge and gym with panoramic city views, and will proudly house a local arts charity on its first floor, further cementing CoDE Concepts’ commitment to social impact.

Construction will commence in 2025 with a estimated opening in 2027.
